Great location with some hiccups
We loved how close this place was to the strip and all the fun stuff. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were super friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze too. Just wish there had been a microwave in the room. some housekeeping could use a little work.

Big room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Lots of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Excellent and amicable staff with smiles. Central location along with enjoyable and absolutely superb breakfasts.

The room's size was impressive, accommodating our family comfortably. the mattress was worn, leading to restless nights. Temperature control was hit or miss; the AC didn’t work initially. The noise level fluctuated, with sounds from the hallway frequently disrupting our rest. Cleaning was subpar—dried food found on the sheets and the room wasn't ready upon check-in. the breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options. Despite the spacious layout, the overall comfort was compromised by maintenance issues and cleanliness lapses.

The pool was so freezing that we couldn't enjoy it at all. We asked for cleaning three times, but nothing changed. Plus, we had no blankets, a bathroom door that wouldn’t lock, and no microwave—definitely not what I expected!

Good Location for Branson attractions. Good value using Booked.net.Staff very friendly and helpful. They were excellent in all respects.
Poor food quality in restaurant and mediocre breakfast buffet. Sound from restaurant one floor above bled through to room waking me up earlier than wanted. Poor lighting in sitting room of mini suite.

Rooms were updated and had nice amenities like a fridge and air conditioning. The location was super convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast offered waffles and eggs. Quick check-in and check-out. Overall a good place for a family stay at a decent price.

The hot breakfast buffet was great!
Pillows were too soft... The free wifi only worked in the bathroom ( we were in a corner room). Kids were jumping in the hot tub and not being kept out of it.

Grand Plaza Hotel boasts an excellent central location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and the amusement park. Despite some amenities being lacking, the clean rooms and comfortable beds allowed for a pleasant stay amidst the hustle and bustle of Branson.
